Women shouldn’t be bashed on calling out harassers: Zara Noor Abbas
Pakistani actress Zara Noor Abbas has stated that women shouldn’t be criticized on speaking out against sexual harassment.
Speaking to National Courier, the Parey Hut Love actress stated that if a woman calls out a perpetrator over sexual harassment, people shouldn’t take that to bash her.
“I think it’s a very serious thing and we should all be very particular if such a thing happened to a person and they’ve come out very strongly and told us about it, we should not bash another and we should support each other,” Zara stated.
Earlier as well, Zara Noor Abbas has been very vocal on matters related to women empowerment and addressed issues that young girls face in a patriarchal society.
