PM Khan to make maiden visit to Iran

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will visit Iran on April 21, sources said on Saturday.
During the visit, Imran Khan will meet with Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and President Hassan Rouhani.

The visit is intended at strengthening bilateral ties and to flag the need for maintaining unity between the Muslim Ummah, sources added.

The will be our prime minister’s maiden visit to Iran since assuming office.

On Thursday, Foreign Office spokesperson Mohammad Faisal confirmed reports of the premier’s trip and said details will be shared in due course of time.
