PM, COAS discuss security issues
ISLAMABAD: Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa met with Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad on Wednesday.
According to a government release, security matters came under discussion during the meeting.
The meeting comes amid a new surge of violence.
At least three terrorist attacks have taken place in Balochistan where militants first targeted a luxury hotel in Gwadar and then a police mobile.
Last week, a suicide bomber blew himself up near a police mobile near Data Darbar, killing at least 12 people.
